Rinku Singh is known for his fun and jovial nature, which was in full flow during Kolkata Knight Riders' Holi 2025 celebrations. In a video shared by KKR on their social media 'X' handle, Singh could be seen grooving to the beats of dhol, while playing with a colour gun, and enjoying the occasion with others. The other members of the team also enjoyed the festival of colours as the team prepares for a long IPL 2025 season.

KKR Prepare to defend crown with Ajinkya Rahane

With Shreyas Iyer all set to lead Punjab Kings in IPL 2025, Ajinkya Rahane steps in to lead the side, while Venkatesh Iyer has been appointed as his vice-captain. KKR invested big in Iyer during the IPL 2025 mega auction, securing his services for a staggering ₹23.75 crore.

Ajinkya Rahane's record din IPL history

Rahane has daunting task ahead of him since he has not had a good stint as skipper of any IPL team in the past. While leading Rajasthan Royals (RR) in 24 matches, he managed just nine wins and suffered 15 losses. He also led the now-defunct Rising Pune Supergiants in one game back in 2017, which ended in a defeat against Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals).

How did KKR fare during IPL mega Auction?

During the IPL 2025 mega auction, KKR made some key signings to bolster their squad. They defending champions signed Quinton de Kock and Rahmanullah Gurbaz as wicketkeeping options, after Phil Salt was signed by Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). The team also strengthened the pace department by acquiring Umran Malik. With fresh signings, KKR aims to make a strong statement in IPL 2025
