Ahead of his 60th birthday, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan confirmed that he is dating his longtime friend, Gauri Spratt. On Thursday (March 13), Aamir organised a meet-and-greet with media persons in Mumbai and that is when he introduced Gauri to paps and journalists.

According to a report in India Today, the superstar revealed that while they have been in a relationship for a year, he has known her for over 25 years.

Who is Gauri Spratt?

Gauri, who resides in Bengaluru, is currently working under Aamir’s production banner. The actor also shared that they are living together. A report in Money Control stated that she has twins.

Aamir, who will turn 60 on Friday, added that Gauri has met his family, and they are happy about their relationship.

Reportedly, Aamir expressed that he is 'committed' and happy in his relationship. He also revealed that Gauri has watched only a few of his films, including Lagaan and Dangal.

Recalling a conversation with his partner, Aamir shared that Gauri doesn’t believe in the ‘superstar’ label often associated with him. He added that she is still getting accustomed to the ‘Bollywood madness.’

On Wednesday, the Dangal actor hosted a birthday dinner at his home, where he invited his friends and fellow actors Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. He also revealed that Gauri met both the Khans for the first time at the same gathering.

In January 2025, Filmfare reported that Aamir is dating a woman from Bengaluru named Gauri.

While Aamir has kept his personal life low-key, this news has certainly sparked curiosity.

Aamir Khan's previous marriages

Aamir and Reena Dutta tied the knot in 1986 and have two children: a daughter, Ira Khan, and a son, Junaid Khan. The duo got divorced in 2002. Despite their divorce, they continued to stay in touch and maintain mutual respect.

Aamir later married filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005 and in 2021, they announced their separation after 15 years of marriage. They share a son, Azad, who was born through surrogacy.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Aamir's next film Sitaare Zameen Par will release in December 2025. Directed by RS Prasanna, the film is a remake of Spanish film, Champions. A few days back, Aamir confirmed that the shooting of the film is going on.

He will also produce Lahore 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, starring Preity Zinta, Sunny Deol and others.
