Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The heat is increasing in March, and many cities in Madhya Pradesh felt the impact on Tuesday.
Bhopal, Indore, and Ujjain divisions were the hottest, while temperatures also rose in Narmadapuram and Jabalpur divisions. The weather is expected to remain the same in the coming days.

March 12: Temperatures may rise in Bhopal and other cities of Madhya Pradesh. Night temperatures will also remain high.
March 13: A slight drop in temperature is expected.
April May To Be Hottest Months
The Meteorological Department predicts that April and May will be the hottest months this year. In these two months, temperatures in Gwalior, Chambal, Jabalpur, Rewa, Shahdol, and Sagar divisions may cross 45°C. Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, and Narmadapuram divisions will also experience high temperatures.
A Western Disturbance will become active in Northwest India from March 12, which may bring some relief. The impact will be seen in the next one to two days, leading to a drop in day and night temperatures.
Dhar Hottest In State
According to the Meteorological Department, Dhar in Indore division was the hottest city on Tuesday, recording 39.1°C. Narmadapuram followed with 39°C. Other recorded temperatures include:
Ratlam: 38.5°C
Khajuraho: 38.4°C
Guna: 38.1°C
Damoh: 37.5°C
Mandla, Shivpuri, Seoni: 37.2°C
Sagar: 37.1°C
At night, temperatures are showing some variations.
Among the major cities, Gwalior and Ujjain were the hottest at 37.5°C. Indore recorded 37.3°C, Bhopal 37.1°C, and Jabalpur 35.2°C.
