Talegaon to Chakan

Due to its limited carriageways, the two-lane Talegaon to Chakan route has turned into a traffic nightmare. Due to numerous serious and deadly incidents, it has become a "killer stretch." Furthermore, it is urgently necessary to extend the area between Chakan and Talegaon Dhabade. Traffic officials now find it extremely difficult to control the flow on it. During peak hours, the situation gets worse. Consequently, automobiles and industrial buses become trapped in traffic. All of these problems will be resolved in the near future by the enlargement project.
