After holding his stead for 98 balls, Team India star batter Virat Kohli got dismissed for 84 runs in the India vs Australia Champions Trophy semi-final match in Dubai on Tuesday. And as the former skipper walked back to the dressing room after falling short of a century, his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, was seen giving him a standing ovation for his innings.
Kohli lost his wicket after he slogged a ball by Australian bowler Adam Zampa towards the long on, but Ben Dwarshuis was right there to catch the ball just in time, thus, shattering the batsman as well as the whole of India's dream to witness him slam another century.

Anushka, who was spotted in the stands since the very first ball of the match, was seen smiling and giving Kohli a standing ovation after he walked back to the pavilion post his match-winning innings. She was also seen whispering something to Kohli's brother, Vikas Kohli, who accompanied her in the stands.
During the intense match, Anushka was seen clapping and cheering for Kohli every time he hit a boundary. She was also spotted laughing and heaving a sigh of relief after Glenn Maxwell dropped the batter's catch.
In the high-voltage semi final match on Tuesday, Australia won the toss and chose to bat first. Team India bowlers restricted Australia to 265 runs, and then chased down the target in 48.1 overs.
With that Team India became the first team to reach the Champions Trophy final and they will now clash with the winner of the second semi-final match between South Africa and New Zealand on March 9, Sunday.
