India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heatwave alert for Mumbai and nearby cities for February 25 and 26. The city will experience extreme heat, with temperatures expected to rise from a low of 23 degrees Celsius to a high of 35 degrees Celsius
A yellow alert has been declared by IMD, with temperatures anticipated to reach 37-38 degrees Celsius, which is quite above the normal range for February. So, to keep yourself hydrated in this extremely hot weather, include these five refreshing foods in your diet:
