Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Day-2 of Global Investors Summit 2025 witnessed the presence of Union Ministers Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, KR Mohan Naidu and even Bollywood figures Pankaj Tripati. 

Events to emphasise the potential of Madhya Pradesh in tourism and hospitality sectors, were held throughout the day.

Similar to the day-1 of GIS 2025, the guests were treated to an exquisite culinary experience on day-2.

The event featured a rich diversity of Indian flavors and international treats, blending tradition with innovation. From authentic regional delicacies to contemporary desserts, the menu catered to every palate.

The foreign delegates and guests had the opportunity to savor the essence of Indian cuisine, indulging in a thoughtfully curated selection of dishes. 

The food counters offered a perfect balance of classic and modern flavors. There were various sections of starters, snacks, main course, healthy food, freshly prepared Indian breads such as naan and roti, and most importantly, sweets.

Bread Basket: Authentic breads like Butter Naan, Laccha Prantha, Missi Roti, Garlic Naan and more is set to be served at the lavish wedding.

A peek into day-2 menu

Here are the names of some dishes that were served at the VIP lunch area on day- 2 of GIS 2025.

Talking about starters, there were enough options to make it difficult for the guests to choose between. There were dishes like Hot & Sour, Tomato Soup, Dosa and much more.

Ragi Dosa

Indian snacks can’t be missed out at such an important event, hence, the guests were served Dahi Vada, Chole, Chilli garlic Noodles, etc. 

Dan Dan noodles

After a mouth-watering main course on day-1, Paneer Laccha Palak, Dal Dhaba, Baingan Chokha, Moong Dal Ki Khichdi, Chokha Chana, Aloo Pyaz Ki Sabzi and other delicacies were served on day-2. 

There were different options for rice like Basil Thai Chilli Fried Rice (Vegan), Saffron Pulao and of course the most comforting steamed rice. 

Keeping the health-conscious guests in mind, the counters also contained Ragi Poori, Bajra Roti. 

Last but the most important, sweet section was the best one consisting Gajar Ka Halwa, Caramelised Peach & Thyme Tart, Pecan Banana Bundt, Classic Opera, Jalebi, Rasgulla, Mawa Bati & Moong Dal Halwa
