A 20-year-old girl was fat-shamed during her travel in the Delhi metro by a middle-aged woman who insultingly told the youngster she looked like a 50-year-old. The 42-year-old woman also slammed the girl's upbringing during an altercation onboard. A fellow passenger intervened and condemned the woman's behaviour by pointing out aloud that she was wrong to body shame anyone.

A video recorded the incident on camera and showed the noisy disagreement between the females on the Delhi metro. The verbal fight reportedly broke out after a passenger, who left sooner, ate chips inside the coach of the public transport.

In the video, the middle-aged woman was heard screaming and claiming that the passenger who consumed food hurled abuses at her before leaving the coach. Even after she left, the lady didn't calm herself. She continued shouting at the woman and arguing with people who supported the behaviour of eating chips on the rail.

"Tu lagti 50 saal ki hai..."

When a 20-year-old and another passenger came in support of the chips eater, this woman continued the fight with them. She fat-shamed a youngster and said, "Tu lagti 50 saal ki hai. Dekh apne aap ko. (You look as if you are aged 50. Look at yourself) You are what you are. You have a disorder".

"Ha, I'm fat..."

Despite these remarks, the girl stayed calm and called the screaming lady "Beautiful".

She tried to not escalate the argument and said, "I'm 20. Oh, sorry! Ha, I'm fat. You are so beautiful. You look beautiful. I am very beautiful. I set myself well".

The other passenger who raised her voice against the fat-shaming act was heard saying, "I think this woman is disturbed herself". People ignored the quarrelling woman later.
