Passengers travelling between Nashik and Mumbai should take note of important information regarding the Old Kasara Ghat on this route.

The Old Kasara Ghat will be closed from Monday, February 24, 2025, to Friday, February 28, 2025, due to asphalting work. Traffic will remain closed daily from 9am to 8pm during this period.

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has provided this information, stating that periodic asphalting work is being carried out on Mumbai-Nashik National Highway No. 3 (Mumbai to Nashik direction) through the concessionaire of NHAI, Nashik.

Due to this, traffic on the Old Kasara Ghat will be diverted to the New Kasara Ghat for the duration of the work.

Passengers are advised to plan their travel accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
