The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Konkan Board has launched an online Housing Demand Survey to gauge public interest in its upcoming housing projects in Ambernath. The survey will help determine the demand for affordable homes before finalizing the project's feasibility report. Citizens are encouraged to participate by February 28, 2025.

The proposed projects, located at Kohij Khuntavali and Shiv Ganga Nagar in Ambernath, will cater to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Middle-Income Group (MIG). The Kohij Khuntavali development will offer 1,606 EWS housing units along with 22 commercial shops, while the Shivganga Nagar project will provide 151 EWS units and 774 MIG units.

MHADA officials emphasized that the survey will play a crucial role in shaping the project based on real demand. Interested citizens can participate by visiting MHADA's survey portal and submitting their details. For additional information, they may contact the MHADA Konkan Board at 022-66405249.

To help potential applicants locate the proposed sites, QR codes have been generated for easy access to Google Maps. The Kohij Khuntavali site can be viewed at this link, while the Shivganga Nagar site is available at this link.

MHADA Konkan Board has urged citizens to actively participate in the survey to facilitate the development of well-planned, affordable housing projects in Ambernath.
