Virat Kohli and Liam Livingstone seemed to have had a heated moment in the ongoing third ODI at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Kohli was seen pushing the spin-bowling all-rounder after surviving an lbw shout as a video of the same surfaced on social media on February 12, Wednesday.

The moment occurred in the 15th over of the innings as Adil Rashid came on to bowl his first. The ball hit the back thigh and England appealed vociferously and eventually went for the review. However, replays confirmed that the ball had pitched marginally outside leg. The banter between Livingstone and Kohli occurred immediately after that.

Below is the video of the same:

Rashid, who had dismissed Kohli in the previous ODI at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, dismissed the 36-year-old yet again as Kohli nicked off to the keeper for 52 off 55 deliveries. Interestingly, Livingstone will play alongside Kohli in IPL 2025 for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) after fetching ₹8.75 crore.

Team India lose Rohit Sharma after England skipper Jos Buttler opts to bowl first

Meanwhile, the toss fell in favour of England in what is an inconsequential game as Jos Buttler opted to field first likely because of the dew. However, Rohit Sharma, who scored a century in the previous innings, failed to get going as Mark Wood struck with his first ball of the innings to remove the skipper for 1.
