Pariksha Pe Charcha's second episode aired at 10 a.m. today, February 12. Deepika Padukone, an Indian actress, businesswoman, and mental health champion, is speaking to students about the value of mental health and student wellbeing in today's episode.

The second episode is available for viewing on all government websites, including the Ministry of Education's YouTube channel, MyGov India, PM Modi's YouTube channel, Doordarshan channels, and radio stations All India Radio Medium Wave and All India Radio FM Channel.

To assist pupils in remaining in the present, Deepika Padukone offered a mindfulness tip. She led them in a sensory activity:

Tips on dealing stress

Deepika Padukone shared a humorous story about her early years. Every time, I would scale couches, tables, and chairs and then leap off of them. She then talked candidly about her experience studying for tests, saying, "Everyone experiences stress. I was and still am a terrible maths student! In his book, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also emphasised the need to express our emotions rather than repressing them. "One excellent way to do that is through journaling," Deepika advised the children.

"Stress is a normal emotion and a part of life. What matters is how we respond to it. When it comes to the tests and the outcomes, patience is crucial. The only things we can control are getting enough sleep, being hydrated, exercising, and practicing meditation. "Deepika added."

Mental peace and balance

"How can we maintain mental peace and balance amidst the increasing pressures of exams and competitions?" was the question posed to Deepika Padukone by a CBSE overseas student.

According to the actor, "I believe that comparing and competing with one another is a normal part of life." By itself, competition is not a terrible thing. But it's crucial to acknowledge our advantages and disadvantages, concentrate on our advantages, and try to strengthen our disadvantages.

Technique of doing better everytime

I think you'll develop as long as you can accept and pick up tips from people you view as competitors. Consider, 'What can I learn from them?' 'How can I do things differently?' The greatest competition I face is with myself. I push myself to do a scene better the next time once I've done it a certain manner. "That's my method," she continued.

After that, she engaged the children to participate in an activity. "I would like each of you to visualise and write down your one strength," she continued. "You come to see how many things you are truly skilled at."

"One should recognise their strengths, and you will instantly feel like a different person," Deepika stated.

Prime Minister Modi interacts with kids at the annual Pariksha Pe Charcha event about test stress, education, and managing pressure. The Prime Minister visited Delhi's Sunder Nursery on Monday to kick off the eighth edition, where he spoke to pupils about staying focused and handling exam stress.

A number of well-known individuals have joined the program this year to share their life experiences and advice with students, including boxer MC Mary Kom, spiritual leader Sadhguru, and Deepika Padukone.
