Indore (Madhya Pradesh): After the arrest of two persons including a homeopath from a city hotel, the drug supplier from Mumbai was also arrested by the crime branch, police said on Tuesday. The accused is being questioned further.  

DCP (crime) Rajesh Kumar Tripathi informed Free Press that BHMS doctor Yogesh Ladaiyya and Bharat Chourasiya were arrested from Hotel Midland Inn in Tulsi Nagar area a few days ago. More than 30 grams of MD Drugs and 2 kilograms of cannabis were recovered from them.

Three mobile phones had also been seized from them during the raid in the hotel. They were booked under the relevant section of the NDPS Act.

During questioning, the accused had informed the crime branch officials that the drugs were provided by Rocky alias Rohit Jaiswal, a resident of Nala Sopara Mumbai.

Following the lead given by the accused, Rocky was arrested by the crime branch from his place. So far, three accused have been arrested in connection with the case.

The accused allegedly informed the police that he is a marketing executive of grocery items and used to supply the drugs at various places. The accused is being questioned as the police believe that more accused would be arrested in connection with the case.
