Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A tribal youth died due to lack of treatment in Chhatarpur District Hospital on the intervening night of Friday-Saturday night. His relatives alleged that no doctor was present at the hospital on night duty.

The angry relatives blocked the road at the Post Office Square in Chhatarpur on Saturday morning and demanded action against the hospital administration.

He was returning with his wife and two children on a bike after attending the Ramghat fair near Devgaon when a four-wheeler hit his bike. All four fell on the ground. The car driver fled the spot, leaving the family bleeding.

Locals informed the ambulance, and Sanjay was rushed to the district hospital at 8:30 pm on Friday. His family members also reached. They alleged that despite repeated requests for the doctor, none came to attend the patient.
