The top leadership of the Aam Aadmi Party failed to deliver in the recently held elections as the party's strong leaders like, Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia lost their seats. Current Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Atishi won her seat, which has given the speculations that she might take the center stage in Delhi politics after the loss of its strong leaders.

AAP failed to repeat its performance of 2015 and 2020 in which the party clean sweep Delhi under the leadership of Arvind Kejriwal. Riding on the issues like anti-incumbency and liquor policy scam, BJP made the most of it and managed to clinch over 40 seats in the national capital. However, in 2020 BJP got only 8 seats while AAP managed to get 62 seats in Delhi.
