Mumbai: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) will conduct the ninth Lokshahi Din on February 10, 2025, under the chairmanship of Sanjeev Jaiswal, Vice President & CEO, MHADA. The session, aimed at addressing public grievances, will take place at Grihanirman Bhavan, Bandra (East), Mumbai, at 12 noon.

MHADA has been organizing Lokshahi Din on the second Monday of each month since January 2024, ensuring direct interaction between citizens and senior officials for swift resolution of complaints. So far, 81 applications have been received, with 75 successfully resolved, reflecting the initiative’s effectiveness.

To participate, applicants must submit grievances in the prescribed format at least 14 days in advance, with forms available on MHADA’s website. Certain cases, including those pending in court, service-related issues, or previously decided matters, will not be accepted. If an application is ineligible, it will be forwarded to the relevant department within eight days, and applicants will be duly informed.
