The BJP, which has consistently charged Arvind Kejriwal with corruption, on Tuesday unveiled a video showcasing the residence of Delhi's former Chief Minister, referring to it as 'sheesh mahal.'
Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva shared a video on X showcasing a tour of the residence along with specifics about the fittings and fixtures.
BJP leader claims Kejriwal built a seven-star resort with embezzled funds, targeting ‘Sheesh Mahal’ for irregularities.
The costs for Gym, sauna, jacuzzi priced at Rs 1.9 Cr, installation Rs 1.5 Cr, equipment Rs 35 Lakh, total Rs 3.75 Cr respectively according to reports
The jacuzzi room features a chair for haircuts and a spa table as well. The balcony offers a tranquil view of the room.
The house also has a remote controlled door for entrance and exit to the main hallway.
Furthermore, the BJP has asserted that Arvind Kejriwal has not yet vacated the official residence at 6 Flagstaff Road in Delhi appropriately.
AAP refuted claims, stating the decrepit home, built in 1942, had leaking roofs, with some collapsing; improvements suggested by Public Works.
Last year, the BJP even objected to Kejriwal's sheesh mahal, saying that the AAP had misused the funds during the COVID-19 pandemic.
