Indore (Madhya Pradesh): So far 9,381 farmers have registered themselves in the district for sale of wheat at the minimum support price (MSP). In the entire state, 62,077 farmers have registered themselves so far. The registration is open till March 31.

The minimum support price of wheat for the year 2025-26 has been declared at Rs 2,425. This is Rs 150 more than last year. Food, civil supplies and consumer protection minister Govind Singh Rajput has urged the farmers to register within the time limit for the sale of wheat.

As many as 9381 farmers in Indore district, two in Burhanpur district, 17 in Barwani, 189 in Khargone, 339 in Khandwa, 13 in Alirajpur, 776 in Jhabua and 4,202 farmers in Dhar district have registered themselves for the sale of wheat at the minimum support price.

Similarly, 134 farmers in Neemuch, 362 in Mandsaur, 823 in Agar-Malwa, 3710 in Shajapur, 4035 in Dewas, 2,211 in Ratlam, 11,344 in Ujjain, 55 in Gwalior, 23 in Shivpuri, 23 in Guna, 142 in Datia, six in Ashoknagar, four in Bhind, 96 in Morena, 43 in Sheopur, 157 in Chhindwara, 61 in Seoni, 21 in Dindori, 14 in Katni, 215 in Narsinghpur, 353 in Mandla, 173 in Harda, 362 in Betul, 1793 in Narmadapuram, 1563 in Vidisha, 1,096 in Rajgarh, 1,969 in Raisen, 1975 in Bhopal, 19 in Sehore 12,596, 48 in Satna, 75 in Sidhi, 44 in Rewa, 19 in Singrauli, 3 in Maihar, 64 in Umaria, 9 in Anuppur, 239 in Shahdol, 37 in Panna, 419 in Sagar, 124 in Damoh, 289 in Chhatarpur, 88 in Niwari and 341 in Tikamgarh have registered themselves for sale of wheat at MSP.
