Mumbai: NCP Minister Dhananjay Munde has been found guilty in a domestic violence case by the Bandra family court after complaint was filed by his wife Karuna Munde. The allegations made by Karuna Munde were accepted in the Bandra Family Court. After the decision of the Bandra Family Court, Dhananjay Munde will have to pay Karuna Munde Rs 2 lakh per month as alimony.
According to reports by ABP Majha, in an interview with the agency, Karuna Munde said, "I have got justice from the court, I thank the court and the judge. Since the children are with me, the demand was that the three of them would get Rs 5 lakhs each. I have received 2 lakhs." She further stated that she will opt for High Court for her demand.

"Women are suffering a lot. I have been fighting for alimony for the last three years, I cannot tell you how much trouble I have had, said Karuna Munde. I had a fight with the minister. My lawyer filed this case in court by taking one rupee. Today we have won. This is the victory of truth, I had a simple lawyer with me who was with truth," said Karuna Munde.
Social activist Anjali Damania posted a detailed X post informing about the domestic violence case and sent wishes to Karuna Munde for winning the case.
The X post reads: "करुणा मुंडे या फैमिली कोर्टात ४ फेब्रुवारी रोजी केस जिंकल्या त्याबद्दल एक स्त्री म्हणून त्यांचे अभिनंदन. मी वैयक्तिक विषयावर बोलत नाही आणि ही वैयक्तिक टीका नाही ह्याची नोंद घ्यावी करुणा, ह्या धनजय मुंडे यांच्या पहिल्या पत्नी आहेत, त्यांना मारहाण झाली आहे आणि देखभाल खर्च देण्यात यावा आणि कुठल्याही प्रकारची दुखापत करण्यात येऊ नये असे निर्देश आणि १,२५,००० रुपयाचा मासिक खर्च देण्यात यावा असे निर्देश कोर्टाने दिले आहेत"
