A man named Aryan shared an Instagram reel suggesting his stay in UK, for which he pays one lakh rupees every month, gives him a "Chawl ka feeling". His video has gone viral on the social media and it records him why he feels that the flat isn't worth it. The clip was posted online with the capton, "1,00,000 ka rent main Chawl ka feeling in UK".
Aryan highlighted how the accommodation had issues of leaking, which left him frustrated.

He recorded water dropping from his apartment's roof and how he had to handle the situation by playing some utensils below it. He pointed that no service person would be available late at night to fix the leaking problem, making him spend the night by arranging utensils beneath the "waterfall" to catch the drips.
Observing leakage in his heavily rented UK stay, Aryan compared it with chawls which unlike luxury apartments reportedly face leakage and poor maintenance issues.
This reel has gone viral on Instagram and attracted many reactions.
Netizens react
Netizens reacted to the post and stated that it is inappropriate to compare the cost of living in the foreign city with India. Knowing that exchange rates of Indian rupees and Euros (the currency used in the UK) calculate to a high figure, Instagram users wrote, "Why are you comparing it with the INR rate? Senseless".
"Waha to 1000 hi hua na? Vo to sasta hua fir (Isn't it just 1000 pounds there. That seems affordable)", said another.
On a lighthearted note, one of the comments read, "It's sea view brother, 1 hafta ruko sea bhi seen hoga (In one week you might see sea too)".
