The Mumbai Building Repairs and Reconstruction Board of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has opened the online application process for tenement allotment to eligible residents listed in the master list.
The application window will remain open until 11:59 pm on January 31, according to tge announcement by Milind Shambharkar, Chief Officer of the Board. Eligible applicants can register and apply at masterlist.mhada.gov.in.

To apply, applicants must first visit MHADA’s official website www.mhada.gov.in and navigate to the "Citizen Corner" section or directly access masterlist.mhada.gov.in for registration.
They will need to create a secure login using an email ID and password, which should be kept for future reference. Once registered, users must carefully read all instructions and guidelines before completing the application form.

A recent passport-size photograph (JPEG format)
Signature or thumb impression (JPEG format)
Aadhaar Card (PDF format)
Vacation notice, old rent receipt, electricity bill, and transit camp possession receipt (PDF format)

Applicants who have already been declared eligible by the Master List Committee should not apply again. Similarly, those who have previously submitted online applications are advised not to reapply. However, individuals with pending cases from previous offline submissions must reapply online.
Once the online application is submitted, applicants must provide self-attested copies of their application and supporting documents within 30 days to Room No. 372, 2nd Floor, MHADA Headquarters, Griha Nirman Bhavan, Kalanagar, Bandra East, Mumbai – 400051.
