Honda Cars India has launched the Elevate Black Editions, marking the company’s first-ever Black Edition model in India. Based on the premium ZX trim, these new variants feature a bold Crystal Black Pearl exterior along with refined design changes.

The Black Edition manual variant is priced at Rs 15.51 lakh (ex-showroom), while the CVT variant is available for Rs 16.73 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-end Signature Black Edition is the most expensive in the range, priced at Rs 16.93 lakh (ex-showroom). Reservations for these variants are now open, with deliveries for the CVT variants slated to begin in January, while the manual versions will be delivered starting February.

Honda Elevate Black Edition is powered by the same 1.5-litre iVTEC petrol engine found in the City sedan. This engine delivers 120bhp at 6,600rpm and 145Nm of torque at 4,300rpm. Transmission options include a six-speed manual gearbox, which comes as standard across all trims, and a seven-speed CVT available on the V, VX, and ZX variants. The Black Edition is available in four trims: SV, V, VX, and ZX, retaining the same mechanical setup as the standard model. Honda claims fuel efficiency of 15.31km/l for the manual version and 16.92km/l for the CVT variant.

Honda’s Elevate Black Edition and Signature Black Edition models feature exclusive design changes that give them a unique appearance. The standout feature is the all-black exterior finish, which is paired with black alloy wheels and matching nuts. Chrome detailing on the upper grille and silver accents on the door trim, roof rails, and skid plates further enhance the models' bold look. Additionally, each variant proudly displays its special edition status with the "Black Edition" and "Signature Edition" badges on the front fender and tailgate.

Honda Elevate offers a range of advanced features designed for both convenience and safety. Inside, it boasts a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7.0-inch full-colour TFT instrument cluster, and Honda Connect for enhanced connectivity. The cabin also features premium brown leatherette upholstery and soft-touch materials on the dashboard and doors, adding a touch of luxury. For safety, the Elevate is equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite, hill start assist, emergency stop signal, a multi-angle rearview camera, rear parking sensors, and ISOFIX rear seat anchors. Feature availability varies depending on the chosen trim level.
