Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A shocking incident has been reported from Madhya Pradesh's Dhar, where a woman died after a Gulmohar tree fell on her on Wednesday. A child and youth were also injured. It was so intense that some vehicles were damaged.

The entire accident was captured on CCTV installed in the nearby shop at old Nagar Palika premises.

Gulmohar tree fell on busy road

According to information, an elderly woman was passing from the old Nagar Palika premises in Dhar on Wednesday morning. Suddenly, a giant Gulmohar tree fell around 9 am on the busy road. A child and an elderly woman got trapped under the tree.

Moreover, some vehicles were also damaged which were parked under the tree. After the accident, Ajay who worked at the tea stall ran towards the elderly woman to save her life but he also suffered minor injuries. Following this, a lot of crowd gathered at the spot, and took out the elderly woman and child.

It was reported that a lot of time has been spent to take out the elderly woman. The whole incident has been captured by the CCTV installed nearby.

The elderly woman and child were taken to the district hospital where doctors declared the woman dead and the child is currently, undergoing treatment.

After the accident, the Nagar Palika team was called and removed the tree from the road.
