Neemuch (Madhya Pradesh): The CM Helpline ranking, released by the home department in November, reveals that Neemuch district has secured the second position in the state among the 'A' grade districts. This remarkable achievement highlights the district's commitment to effective complaint resolution and responsive governance.

In line with this initiative, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched Samadhan Online on October 28, aimed at expediting the resolution of complaints received through the CM Helpline. SP Ankit Jaiswal has taken proactive measures by directing the organisation of complaint redressal camps every Friday across all sections of the district.

These camps are designed to address both new and pending complaints, ensuring that citizens receive timely assistance. During these sessions, police officers engage directly with applicants, listening to their concerns and facilitating swift resolutions through the relevant station in-charges.

The recent complaint redressal camps have proven successful, with many long-standing issues being resolved and complainants updated on the progress of their cases. The proactive approach taken by SP Jaiswal and his team has significantly improved the efficiency of the complaint resolution process, solidifying Neemuch's reputation as a model district for effective governance and community engagement.
