DIMAPUR — Nagaland Wrestling Association (NWA) secured 53 medals, comprising 27 gold, 18 silver, and 8 bronze, at the All India Traditional Wrestling and Pankration Federation (AITWPF) 12 National Traditional Wrestling and Pankration Championship, held in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, from October 3 to the 6th. This achievement marks a historic moment in belt and MAS wrestling for the Nagas, stated an update. Team NWA emerged as the second overall champion based on the medals secured, and the team is expected to arrive in Dimapur on October 10.
