Sri Vijaya Puram, Feb 21: Shri Bishnu Pada Ray, Hon'ble Member of Parliament, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, has expressed deep concern over the mass dharna staged by Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) members of North & Middle Andaman at Billiground Bazaar and Diglipur today (21/02/2025). The protest stems from the administration's ongoing inattention to their long-standing demands and lack of support in ensuring their effective functioning under the 73rd and 74th Constitutional Amendments.
