Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 12: The 5^th South Andaman Rural Area Conference of CPI (M) held recently has elected a 11-member Area Committee. The newly elected Area Committee met at the sidelines of the Area Conference and elected D. Laxman Rao as Secretary of the South Andaman Rural Area Committee.
