The program was officially launched today by Kutch District Collector Amit Arora, alongside Mundra-Mandvi MLA Anirudh Dave, in the presence of dignitaries including SDM Bhagirath Jhala, Taluka Development Officer Anil Trivedi, and local community representatives.
