Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi today met with a delegation from the Board of Directors of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, led by Ambassador Ivo H. Daalder, CEO of the Council and former U.S. Ambassador to NATO.
