Manturov will arrive in India tomorrow, November 11, to attend the Russian-Indian Business Forum and co-chair the 25th session of the India-Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological, and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC).
