The 2025 March Madness tournament kicks off with the First Four games on Tuesday, March 18. Tonight, at 9:10 pm ET, the North Carolina Tar Heels will take on the San Diego State Aztecs. Both the men's and women's tournaments will start with a field of 68 college teams.
