Rapper Doechii, whose real name is Jaylah Hickmon, is set to be honoured with the 2025 Woman of the Year award at the Billboard Women in Music event on March 29. Recently, she took home the Best Rap Album honour at the 2025 Grammys for her mixtape Alligator Bites Never Heal, which was released in August last year.
