Gujarat BJP will get a new state president after the national president is elected. Current president Chandrakant Patil's term ended in July. He was appointed as a Union Minister. Patil led BJP to a landslide victory in the 2022 assembly polls. The party will appoint a new state president before the upcoming local body elections.
