Mumbai: Shares of ITC Hotels will be listed on the stock exchanges on Wednesday. The company was carved out from ITC as part of the group revamp. For every 10 shares held in the ITC, shareholders got one share of ITC Hotels. The parent ITC will continue to provide the business with its brand name, governance, and other synergies, while its own return profile is expected to improve as the hotel business is more capital intensive, said analysts.Shares of ITC declined 1.2% on Tuesday to close at ₹435.4. The stock has declined 10.2% in 2025 so far.As part of the demerger deal, ITC will retain 40% of the hotel shareholding, with the remaining 60% to be held by existing ITC shareholders.
