Having previously raised concerns with the former Minister for Health and Social Services that parents of neurodiverse children in North-East Wales are being impacted by wrongful allegations of Fabricated or Induced Illness (FII), and having urged the current Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care to end the parental blame and long-standing human rights abuses being experienced by those with neurodevelopmental conditions, including Autism, I was honoured to attend a significant consultation at St George’s House, Windsor Castle, on the topic of FII, as one of those invited.
