Members of the Corporate Resources Overview and Scrutiny Committee were underwhelmed after the Welsh Government Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care Jeremy Miles failed to commit to help unblock more than £261,000 of disputed joint care invoices that Betsi Cadwalader University Health Board have yet to pay.
