Flood warnings issued across Gwent with 'damage to properties and vehicles expected'

Natural Resources Wales (NRW) have issued red flood warnings for the River Usk in two places, from Glangrwyne to Newbridge on Usk and from Brecon to Glangrwyne. Amber alerts have also been issued for the River Usk in Monmouthshire and Newport and for the Rivers Wye and Monnow in Monmouthshire.
