Police watchdog launches probe after Sex Education star is 'pepper sprayed and kicked by officers' in front of his screaming mother as he accuses Met of 'racial profiling'

The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has today launched a formal investigation into the 'unlawful arrest' of Sex Education star Reece Richards in west London earlier this month.
