Greater Manchester police launch inquiry after discovery in South Radford Street on Monday

The bodies of a 40-year-old woman and an eight-year-old girl have been found at a property in Salford, Greater Manchester police have said.

An investigation has been launched after police made the discovery on South Radford Street shortly after 10.30am on Monday. Their family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers, police said.
