RCMP probing comments from Liberal Paul Chiang about Chinese bounty placed on Conservative

The RCMP is reviewing whether a Toronto-area Liberal candidate broke the law by suggesting people turn in a Conservative running in a nearby riding to the Chinese consulate and collect a bounty.
