The United Nations announced on August 26^th that it had decided to temporarily halt its main humanitarian operations in Gaza. The exception is the continued provision by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) of health services and limited food supplies at its various locations in Gaza.
