Dozens of costumed candy collectors, parents and onlookers line Purcell Crescent on Sunday as part of Kingston’s first inclusive Halloween event —The Kingston Halloween Village— presented by the Jessica Hellard Real Estate Group. This accessible event was supported by dozens of homeowners in the area and featured decorated homes, accessible treat stations in driveways with both edible and non-edible treats, a DJ, face painting and other costumed entertainers. Its goal was to create a safe and fun Halloween experience for all kids, with and without disabilities, and their parents and collected donations for the Inclusive Play Project.
