MONTREAL – Residents of Justin Trudeau’s Montreal riding are expressing mixed feelings about his decision to step down as Liberal party leader and prime minister. Some of the people out today in the shops and streets of the Papineau riding said they were sad for Trudeau, but most said he had made the right decision.
