Donald Trump to impose 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico on Tuesday, saying there's no more room for negotiation

U.S. President Donald Trump said Monday he'll impose 25 per cent tariffs on Canada and Mexico starting Tuesday, adding they "will have to start building their car plants" in America.
